Panasonic Viera TXL-32X10

Better known for their range of Plasma TVs which were always highly rated the Panasonic TXL-32X10 is another outstanding 32 Inch LCD TV from one of the better brands in this overcrowded market. They’ve packed this TV with bags of quality, but have gone easy on unnecessary features and gizmoes to make this an exceptional quality TV for a very low price.

For such a cheap model the TXL32X10 has a very sharp picture display and we were impressed by how the colours were bold but remained detailed. As with other LCDs in this class the backlighting did seem a little uneven and the depth of the blacks occasionally faltered. But all in all this TV offers a very good picture quality for a comparatively low price.

Panasonic have also done well with the sound quality of this TV. It delivers quality mid-level and treble to create a very natural sound from the unassuming speakers. Bass was a bit disappointing and speech did sometimes get lost in the low end. Still the Panasonic TXL32X10 is a great TV for the price where audio quality is concerned.

The TV comes with a handy remote which is easy to use and intuitively laid out. The new Viera Link features make it a doodle to connect your multimedia devices to the TV with the touch of a button.

There’s also the capacity to connect to some standard definition sources in the shape of 2 scart sockets which are q-link enable to facilitate timed recordings of your favourite program.

The TXL32X10 doesn’t have an audio output, so you can’t connect this TV to a surround sound system, but it does have a handy SD Card slot, so that you can share your Digital photos with friends and family via this HD 32 Inch LCD TV.

Power consumption is extremely good with this TV a lot less than other 32 Inch LCD TV and performance doesn’t suffer.

All in all the Panasonic TXL32X10 is a sublime TV, which admittedly has it’s flaws but for the price is definitely the best on the market.
